Prateek Sahajpal came into limelight after emerging as the runner-up behind winner Tejashwi Prakash in Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 15. Now he is the frontrunner to win the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 hosted by filmmaker Rohit Shetty.

Not many people know that Prateek was inclined towards fitness since his school and college days. He has also participated in many fitness contests. The former Love School contestant is a fitness enthusiast and never misses work out, He workouts almost every day and focuses on strength training and weight lifting. He also revealed during an interview that his favorite exercises are pushups and squats. He also favors cardio (such as treadmill sprints), which he claims helps him “relax and refresh.” As reported by IWMBuzz, he emphasizes, “It’s important to keep track of your heart rate.”

Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 The contestant is pure vegetarian. He has said, ‘I eat everything and do not take any such fixed diet. However, I intentionally avoid dairy.” He has a habit of drinking 3-4 glasses of warm water in the morning after breakfast, which usually includes cereal and oatmeal. For lunch, he eats grilled veggies, legumes and greens. Prefers salads.For dinner, Prateek Sahajpal skips rice and replaces them with dal-roti-sabzi i.e. the ideal Indian balanced diet.

“Well, I have my minerals and vitamins in the morning. I drink half a liter of water and then take a shower. After that, I come on the sets and look forward to doing interesting stunts, said Prateek Sahajpal.
