Hollywood star Ryan Gosling was just as excited by the internet at large when he was introduced to play Kane in the upcoming “Barbie” movie.

“Finally,” he told Variety at the premiere of his new action film.gray man‘, “Finally, it is happening. It has been coming my whole life.”

Ryan Gosling’s bare-chested beach blonde design, complete with spray tan and personalized underwear, made waves when it debuted online in June.

The film, co-written and directed by Greta Gerwig, stars Gosling alongside Margot Robbie, who portrays the lead Mattel Missy in the film.

Beyond Robbie and Ryan Gosling, the supporting cast includes a deep bench of talent, with America Ferrera, simu liuKate McKinnon, Alexandra Shipp, Emma McKay, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Issa Rae and Michael Cera are attached.

Sharing the spotlight with so many big names, Gosling joked that his mission for the project was a matter of on-screen representation.

“I felt like I was watching myself. I felt seen. I think a lot of Keynes would feel when they saw it,” Gosling continued.

“It has to be done for Keynes. Nobody plays with Keynes.”

Ryan Gosling also took the time to reveal his experience making “The Gray Man,” his new Netflix action film, which stars the actor with a high body count, leaping off buildings and a mustache as well as Chris Evans. They have been seen showing off together.

Gosling shared what it’s like to play a super spy who tops it all in a production directed by the Russo brothers.

“It’s like he doesn’t even want to be in this movie. He wants to watch Netflix like everyone else,” Gosling said.

“He doesn’t want to be a spy and he has to be.”

In terms of a possible sequel, Ryan Gosling said the film’s reception will determine plans going forward, but he wants to see his character exit the detective game for good.

“I want to see him go home. I want to see how it ends for him,” said Ryan Gosling.

“The Gray Man” will begin a limited theatrical engagement on Friday, with its debut debut on Netflix on July 22. ‘Barbie’ is set to hit the theaters on July 21, 2023.
