Bollywood actress Vaani Kapoor is back with another YRF film in the form of ‘Shamshera’ where she is paired opposite Ranbir Kapoor, who plays the titular character.

While for Ranbir, saying yes to the script was a “no-brainer”, Vaani was particularly impressed with the narration narrated from the film’s director Karan Malhotra.

‘Shamshera’ is Karan’s third film after Hrithik Roshan-starrer ‘Agneepath’ (2012) and 2015 release ‘Brothers’, which was an official remake of Hollywood film ‘Warrior’. This is the first time we will see Vaani Kapoor opposite Ranbir Kapoor.

The director has the same intensity and passion when it comes to narration and this is reflected in his creative input that comes through during the narration, as told by Vaani Kapoor.

Vaani said, “Karan is such a director who is diligently involved in the storytelling process. There are background sounds that he makes, he talks about Sahara, and paints a dreamy picture of a scene. .

Though it may sound strange at face value, it helps an actor to a great extent in the opinion of Vaani Kapoor.

Vaani Kapoor told IANS, “It helps an actor a lot to get hold of the narrative and the characters. Because thanks to them you can imagine it so well. DescriptionEverything comes to life and shines before your eyes.”

“The narration of Shamshera helped me pitch this character immediately and design its dimensions accordingly. And, let me tell you, what you saw about my character in the film’s trailer is just the tip of the iceberg There is a lot more to him than meets the eye,” she said.

Acting is a job that requires actors to rapidly change their personalities as they portray different characters. While some people find it easy to jump from one character to another, Vaani is still learning to let go of her characters.

Vaani Kapoor said, “I am still learning to be completely different from what I have been through in the past because your characters are an extension of your character. personality And they stem from you. It becomes difficult to separate because I hold these characters very close to my heart, living with them and nurturing them for so long. ,

Interestingly, the scenes that are easy enough for him to pull off are the most difficult in his own words. When doing complex scenes or sequences that come naturally to her, the simplicity of a scene is something that stuns her.
